Coffee, a familiar drink for millions of people around the world, has become an indispensable part of modern life. Few people know that behind that fragrant cup of coffee is a complex process of growing, processing and brewing

There are 3 ways to process coffee beans as follows:

1. Dry processing (sun drying or drying).

2. Wet processing (washing, then removing the husk, then washing off the flesh attached to the seeds, then fermenting naturally, then drying in the sun or using a specialized dryer)

3. Semi-wet method, also known as the honey method:

  • Wash, then put in a machine to rub the husk, then incubate for about 12 hours, depending on the recipe and different flavors, so the incubation time will also be different and the flavor will be different.
  • Then dry in the sun or use a dryer. Especially, do not use water to wash again. Keep the flesh attached to the surface of the seeds. The color is like honey, so people call it honey coffee. The flavor is naturally sweet and fragrant with the aroma of fruit.
